The location was convenient. Taka market was nearby. a gujarat restaurant was also close. i liked having the option for hot milk coffee during breakfast.
The room lacked face washers and hair conditioner. the reception staff did not seem helpful. I felt they could have assisted guests more diligently.

The location made getting around easy. Staff were friendly, always offering assistance. I especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. The views were amazing! The check-in process was seamless and fast. I felt so welcomed, especially after a long trip.
The absence of an anti-slippery mat in the bathtub was a concern. I had to request one, an extra step I did not anticipate.
